The aim of this course is to give delegates the essential knowledge they need to carry out weekly testing of washer disinfectors in accordance with HTM 01-01.

Upon successfully completing the Washer Disinfectors course, you will be able to:
- Define current standards and legislation
- Define the roles and responsibilities outlined in HTM 01-01
- Explain the principles behind the decontamination process
- Provide an explanation of the cycle profile
- Explain the periodic test requirements – classroom and practical experience
- Explain the completion of weekly test records
